If you have been able to check-in but haven't received your boarding pass, please contact us via this form and give us details of the error. We will endeavor to respond to your query as soon as possible but we cannot guarantee this will be before your flight, therefore please visit the check-in counter for a printed boarding pass at least 60 minutes before your scheduled departure time
(If you are trying to check-in online, please read our support article. Please note that web-check in opens 48 hours before your scheduled time of departure and closes 90 mins before departure.)
If the error persists, please go to the airport and collect your boarding pass from any of our counters. Please remember, check-in at the airport closes 60 minutes before departure.
