If you have been able to check-in but haven't received your boarding pass, please contact us via this form and give us details of the error. We will endeavor to respond to your query as soon as possible but we cannot guarantee this will be before your flight, therefore please visit the check-in counter for a printed boarding pass at least (60) minutes before your scheduled departure time

Note; A 30 SR. fee will be applied on issuing the boarding pass per passenger only on domestic flights for (fly & fly+ category passengers only) through airport counters, "passengers with special needs will be excluded if they disclosed their need when creating the reservation"
To avoid paying fees, you can issue your boarding pass through the application or website (48) hours before your scheduled time of departure and until (75) mins before departure, or upgrade your reservation to the fly Max category.
If the error persists, please go to the airport and collect your boarding pass from any of our counters. Please remember, check-in at the airport closes (60) minutes before departure.
