As you may be aware, the authorities have directed that all flights within the Kingdom will be suspended effective 06:00 KSA time 21st March 2020 and will not resume until 23:59 3rd April 2020.
Whilst the circumstances are outside of our control, we want to reassure you that we will support you during these difficult times and have put together a number of options below for our affected Customers.

Our contact channels are experiencing unusual volumes at this time, but our team are working hard to reply to everyone - rest assured we will reply to you as soon as possible.

IF YOU ARE BOOKED TO FLY BETWEEN 21ST MARCH AND 3RD APRIL 2020
- We will cancel your booking and issue you credit equal to the value of the fare paid for your cancelled flight. This credit is valid for one (1) year from today.
- To use your credit towards a new booking, simply visit www.flyadeal.com and choose credit shell as the payment method.
- You must enter your original booking reference to redeem the credit against the new booking you are making.
- Please note the contact details for your new booking must match the contact details on the original booking for the payment to authorise.
- If you do not wish to accept the credit and would like to apply for a refund, you must visit our refund page and complete our online form. Please ensure you follow all the instructions on the form to ensure we can action your request. Incorrect or incomplete forms will result in delays.
- We are unable to process any refund requests via email, phone or social media
IF YOU ARE BOOKED TO FLY BETWEEN 4TH AND 15TH APRIL 2020
If you have an existing booking, or are thinking of making a new booking, we are pleased to confirm that our change fees have been waived for all travel up to and including 15th April 2020. To change your booking, simply visit our Manage Booking page and select your new travel date(s). Fare difference may be charged, if applicable, but no change fees will be levied. Changes may be made up to ninety (90) minutes before your scheduled departure time.
Alternatively, if you have a booking for travel up to and including 15th April 2020 you can request a credit of the fare paid which you can use towards future travel on flyadeal. To claim your credit please contact us via our social media channels or submit a request online.
Credits will be valid to 31st December 2020. Requests received within three (3) hours of your scheduled departure time will not be processed and no credit will be given.
Effective 27th February 2020, passengers travelling to Saudi Arabia on an Umrah Visa from any country, and passengers travelling on a Tourist Visa from the below listed countries will not be permitted entry to the Kingdom:
China which includes (Chinese Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao)
Passengers who have visited China (including Chinese Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao), the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Lebanon, Bahrain, Egypt, Italy, Syria, Korea or Iran within fourteen (14) days will also be restricted from entering Saudi Arabia. This restriction applies if you have flown as a transit or transfer passenger through airports in these countries.
If you are not already in the Kingdom and are affected by this restriction you may be entitled to cancel your booking for refund.
To cancel your booking please complete our refund request form. Please note your refund will only be considered if you attach a copy of your visa or international flight booking to prove eligibility.
Refund requests must be received by us at least six (6) hours before the departure time of your flight. Requests received after this time will not be processed and no refund or credit will be given.
We will endeavour to process your refund as soon as possible; refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card used to make the original payment for your booking.
Refunds will be processed only for the fare and any services not received, booking and other fees are non-refundable. If you have any other costs associated with your trip, we recommend you contact your travel insurance provider.
GCC Nationals have also been temporarily restricted from entering Makkah or Madinah. If you are a GCC national and your travel plans have been affected by this restriction you may be eligible to cancel your flyadeal booking for a credit. To claim your credit please complete our request form at least three (3) hours before your departure time, with all details, including a copy of your GCC ID and your inbound flight into Saudi Arabia. Requests received after this time will not be processed and no credit will be given.
Credits will be valid to 31st December 2020.
