We understand that mistakes happen, so if you make an error when booking online you you may modify your booking online within two hours of receiving your booking confirmation.
Please note you will not be charged a change fee. However, you must pay any fare difference between the original and new flights.
If you made the booking outside our working hours and are unable to make the change via the website or app, please submit your request here or contact us via social media within the first two hours with the details of your booking.
