If you receive your bag with damage, or if your bag cannot be found on the carousel in the baggage hall please visit the baggage desk before leaving the airport and provide your details to the staff. You will be provided with a Property Irregularity Form (PIR) and SMS confirmation of your claim reference, these can only be issued at the time of your flight arrival and cannot be issued once you have left the baggage hall.
Please upload a copy of your completed PIR here and our team get back to you as soon as possible with an update on collecting your delayed bag or your compensation claim.
If your bag is not collected within three (3) months of when we advise you it is available for collection, we may dispose of your bag with no further liability to you.
Please note flyadeal will reject any claims without a completed PIR and claim reference.
NOTE: As your bags are passed through an automated baggage system sometimes comprising of kilometres of track they can on occasion received scuffs and dents, flyadeal cannot be held responsible for the normal wear and tear of baggage as it is processed on these systems. Claims made for bags that are marked or scraped due to the airport baggage system will be rejected.
