Please visit the baggage desk in the baggage reclaim hall and provide your details to the staff. You will be given a Property Irregularity Form (PIR). This is a globally recognised form which acknowledges your claim.
Without the properly completed PIR we will not be able to progress your investigate and you claim will be rejected
Once you have filled out the form and had it stamped by the airport staff, please upload it here and we will get back to you as soon as possible with an update on collecting your delayed bag or your compensation claim.
NOTE: As your bags are passed through an automated baggage system sometimes comprising of kilometers of track they can on occasion received scuffs and dents, flyadeal cannot be held responsible for the normal wear and tear of baggage as it is processed on these systems. Claims made for bags that are marked or scraped due to the airport baggage system will be rejected
