This service allows passenger to hold at the current price for 24 hours, for a symbolic amount not exceeding 40 SAR and the payment must be completed within 24 hours period, you can find this service during the booking process on the payment page.
Terms or conditions for this service:
- Available only for flights scheduled to depart in 120 hours or more
- Not applicable to promotional offers, promo or discount codes.
- If the customer exceeds the hold fare time limit without completing the payment, the hold fare fee will not be refunded, no alternative options will be available, and the booking will be automatically cancelled.
Important to note:
- Hold Fare Fees:
40 SAR – If the passenger selects a flight with a departure time 120 hours or more (i.e., 5 days) in advance at the time of booking.
25 SAR – If the passenger selects a flight with a departure time 720 hours or more (i.e., 30 days) in advance at the time of booking.
- The hold fare fee is separate from the booking fare and is non-refundable.
- The hold fare fee applies to each booking, not to each flight or passenger.
- To complete the payment and use the booking, the booking reference number and the last name must be entered on the “Manage My Booking” page.
- The confirmation page will clearly state that this is not a confirmed booking, and the full payment must be made to receive booking confirmation.
