Mmbers of Al Rajhi Bank’s mokafaa Loyalty Program can use their points when booking with flyadeal and can also earn mokafaa points when booking eligible flights and purchasing eligible additional services through flyadeal’s official channels.
The service is available through the flyadeal website and mobile app.
What can you do with mokafaa Points?
- Use mokafaa points as a payment method when booking flyadeal flights.
- Use points to purchase additional services, including baggage, seat selection, and meals.
- Earn mokafaa points when booking flights or purchasing eligible additional services, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility and Account Linking
To use the service, the mobile number registered with your mokafaa account must match the mobile number used when making your flyadeal booking.
The mobile number registered with mokafaa must be entered before completing payment to ensure the transaction is linked to your mokafaa account.
Redeeming mokafaa Points
- You can select mokafaa points as a payment method at checkout when: Booking a flight, Adding baggage, Selecting a seat, or Purchasing meals.
- Your mokafaa points must be valid and unexpired at the time of booking.
Earning mokafaa Points
- Mokafaa members can earn points when booking flyadeal flights or purchasing eligible additional services, such as baggage, seat selection, and meals, through the official flyadeal website or mobile app.
- The mobile number registered with mokafaa must be entered before completing payment.
How Points Are Calculated
Points are calculated based on the actual amount paid in Saudi Riyals for the ticket and selected fare bundle, excluding taxes and government fees.
When Will Points Be Credited?
Points will be credited to the member’s mokafaa account within 24 hours after the flight has been completed and the passenger has travelled.
Points will not be earned in the following cases:
- Cancelled flights.
- Passenger no-show.
- Purchases made using mokafaa points.
- Purchases made using discount vouchers or complimentary credit.
- Cancellations and Refunds
Once the booking has been completed, redeemed mokafaa points cannot be returned to the member’s mokafaa account as points.
If the booking is eligible for cancellation or refund under the conditions of the selected fare, the eligible refundable amount will be issued as flyadeal credit (Credit Shell / Voucher) for use toward future flyadeal bookings. It will not be returned to the member’s mokafaa account as points.
General Terms and Conditions
- Mokafaa points cannot be converted into cash.
- Credit cannot be transferred to another passenger.
- Points must be valid and unexpired in the member’s mokafaa account at the time of booking.
- Cancellations, changes, and refunds are subject to the conditions of the selected fare and flyadeal’s applicable policies.
- flyadeal and Al Rajhi Bank reserve the right to amend or discontinue the partnership or its terms at any time.
