At flyadeal, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer the Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) service — giving passengers the flexibility to cancel their booking without providing a reason, up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Terms or conditions for this service:
- Available for all flights and bundles, regardless of which bundle is selected.
- CFAR must be selected during the booking process. It cannot be added after the booking is completed.
- The CFAR fee is non-refundable, even if the service is not used.
- If a passenger uses CFAR, all flights and all passengers in the booking will be canceled. Partial cancellations are not allowed.
- If a passenger changes their flight, CFAR can still be used — as long as the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- During the booking, the refund percentage will be clearly displayed. The amount refunded depends on the CFAR option selected.
- To cancel a flight using CFAR, the passenger simply needs to click the cancellation link provided in the booking confirmation email.
Important to note:
The option to cancel and receive a refund cannot be used if there are 24 hours or less remaining before the original flight’s scheduled departure time.
