We will endeavour to operate our flights as per our published schedule; however, we may occasionally have to change our schedules and/or divert or delay your departure. If you have provided us with your contact information (mobile number and / or email address) we will endeavour to notify you of any such changes as soon as possible.
My flight was delayed by more than 1, but less than three (3) hours
We will update the flight information screens in the departure terminal and advise you of the new Scheduled Departure Time by SMS. Where possible we will provide refreshments, if refreshments were not provided, please complete our online form and we will issue a flyadeal Voucher to the value of (50) Saudi Riyals, valid for three (3) months from date of issuance.
My flight was delayed by more than three (3) hours, but less than six (6) hours
We will update the flight information screens in the departure terminal and advise you of the new Scheduled Departure Time by SMS. Where possible we will provide a hot meal, if hot meals were not provided, please complete our online form and we will issue a flyadeal Voucher to the value of (150) Saudi Riyals, valid for three (3) months from date of issuance.
My flight was delayed by six (6) hours or more
If you accept the new departure time we will, where possible, provide you with a hotel whilst you wait for your new flight. Alternatively, you may choose to move your trip to an alternative date or time (no additional fees will be charged), or you can request to cancel your booking for a credit of the amount paid (less any services consumed). Your credit will be valid for one (1) year from date of issuance and can be used as full or part payment towards your next flyadeal booking when booking through any of our flyadeal sales channels (airport sales office, website or call centre). If you would prefer a refund this must be requested by completing our online form.
You may also be entitled to compensation, but this will not be due if your flight was delayed for reasons outside of our control (for example weather, airport closure or security issues). To claim your compensation please complete our online form here. Please note refund and compensation claims will not be processed if you were provided with an alternative flight which departed within six (6) hours of your original booked departure time.
