flyadeal check-in counters close promptly one (1) hour before the scheduled departure time and our boarding gates close thirty (30) minutes before the scheduled departure time. If you arrive late to either the check-in counter or the boarding gate, you will not be permitted to travel and no credit, refund or compensation will be due.
For fly fare:
Our web check-in opens forty-eight (48) hours before departure and is available up to ninety (75) minutes before departure.
If you are travelling with small personal item (no larger than 30 x 20 x 40cm) then it’s quicker and easier to check-in online and go straight to the boarding gate.
Starting 22Apr, A 30 SR. fee will be applied on issuing the boarding pass per passenger only on domestic flights for (Fly category passengers only) through airport counters, "passengers with special needs will be excluded if they disclosed their need when creating the reservation"
To avoid paying fees, you can issue your boarding pass through the application or website (48) hours before your scheduled time of departure and until (75) mins before departure, or upgrade your reservation to the Fly Plus or Fly Max category.
flyMax & fly+ fare:
Our web check-in opens thirty (10) days before departure and is available up to ninety (75) minutes before departure.
If you are travelling with just piece of cabin baggage (no larger than 55 x 20 x 40cm) then it’s quicker and easier to check-in online and go straight to the boarding gate.
If you are travelling with just one piece of cabin baggage (no larger than 25 x 15 x 10cm) then it’s quicker and easier to check-in online and go straight to the boarding gate.
If you are travelling with a bag which needs to be checked in as hold baggage, then you must complete your check-in at the counter no later than one (1) hour before the departure time. If you have checked in online and are late to the check-in counter with your hold bag we will be unable to accept the bag and you will have to make alternative arrangements if it is too large to carry in the cabin or if you already have another piece of cabin baggage.
If, for any reason, you are unable to complete your online check-in, or if you do not receive your boarding pass, you must complete your check-in, as usual, at the counter no later than two (2) hours before your departure time or you will not be accepted for travel and no credit, refund or compensation will be due.
