flyadeal check-in counters close promptly one (1) hour before the scheduled departure time and our boarding gates close thirty (30) minutes before the scheduled departure time. If you arrive late to either the check-in counter or the boarding gate, you will not be permitted to travel and no credit, refund or compensation will be due.
Our web check-in opens forty-eight (48) hours before departure and is available up to ninety (90) minutes before departure. If you are travelling with just one piece of cabin baggage (no larger than 25 x 15 x 10cm) then it’s quicker and easier to check-in online and go straight to the boarding gate.
If you are travelling with a bag which needs to be checked in as hold baggage, then you must complete your check-in at the counter no later than one (1) hour before the departure time. If you have checked in online and are late to the check-in counter with your hold bag we will be unable to accept the bag and you will have to make alternative arrangements if it is too large to carry in the cabin or if you already have another piece of cabin baggage.
If, for any reason, you are unable to complete your online check-in, or if you do not receive your boarding pass, you must complete your check-in, as usual, at the counter no later than two (2) hours before your departure time or you will not be accepted for travel and no credit, refund or compensation will be due.
