If you have presented yourself at the check-in counter before the counter closes but, for any reason, we are unable to accept you for travel on your booked flight you will be offered the following options:
An alternative Flight within six (6) hours of your original departure time - this may be operated by us or another airline and you will be entitled to delay refreshments in the terminal as per our standard delayed flight policy.
If an alternative flight is not available, you can choose to move to an alternative date or time of travel, or if the alternative flight is more than 6 hours after your original booked departure time, your booking will be cancelled and the full amount paid (less any services consumed) will be held in credit, valid for one (1) year from date of issuance. You can use your credit as full or part payment towards your next flyadeal booking when booking through any of our flyadeal sales channels (airport sales office, website or call centre). If you would prefer a refund this must be requested by completing our online form.
You may also be entitled to compensation. To claim your compensation please complete our online form here. Please note refund and compensation claims will not be processed if you were provided with an alternative flight which departed within six (6) hours of your original booked departure time.
